Order Approval

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit orders due to inventory shortages, pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been processed, any canceled order will be refunded accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Athwabi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer returns. We do provide exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are only issued in approved situations determined by Athwabi. Once an exchanged or returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
